CLASS CATEGORIES

These are the types of events I hold regularly. If you don't see them listed in my Events Calendar please feel free to ask about upcoming dates or the possibility of an addition to the schedule to suit you.
ONLINE EVENTS COMING SOON

CREATE & CHAT GROUPS Running time: Approx. 60-90min (allowing for chat time)

Make one card. Meet new people. Make time for you. Simple project. Social stamping time. No experience
necessary. No tools required. Come occasionally, come every chance you can. No printed instructions supplied.
Fee: $5.00
Scheduled: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays at 10am or 8pm.

MONTHLY CLASSES Running time: Approx. 3 hours

Covering different papercraft topics, products and techniques, usually based around a theme. Requests happily
received. Content varies but each class usually involves at least three projects. Full printed instructions.
Experience levels vary, but there are usually no prerequisites and extra help is given to newbies.
Fee: $20 -$40 depending on the complexity of the class and the cost of materials.
Higher costs if a product purchase is included but you take home what you don’t use.
Scheduled: Once a month, with two to three timing options (a weekday morning, a weekday evening and a weekend afternoon depending on demand).

Launch NEW CATALOGUE LAUNCHES—CARD BUFFET Running time: Approx. 3 hours

Free attendance with free catalogues, mini project and sample products. Displays boards. Prizes. Discounts.
Optional card buffet has 6-8 projects you can create. Choose just one or complete them all. No obligation to create or spend—just drop by and find out what it’s all about. Come for ten minutes or stay the whole session.
Fee: Free to attend, pay per card you make. $2-$5 each.
Scheduled: Various dates to coincide with the release of new catalogues (Usually Jan, Jun & Sep).

NEW!! STAMP WITH ME Running time: Drop in and out to suit you.

Create your own projects with me while I create mine. Social stamping time in my lovely classroom.
No teaching or designated projects -but questions/advice welcome. Limited access to my tools and non-consumable products. Best suited to demonstrators (any team), ex-demonstrators and very experienced stampers.
Fee: Free to attend if you’re using your own supplies. Min. $5 donation if you want to use my consumables.
Scheduled: Will vary. For now, the 1st Thursday of the month. 10am—3pm or 7.30pm—10pm.

GIVE IT A GO Running time: Approx. 90min

Absolute beginners mini-class with hands-on product and technique demonstrations, simple make & take project, Q&A time. Bring a friend and get a prize. ‘Try before you buy’. Have more confidence attending classes.
Fee: $10.00
Scheduled: 4th Wednesday of the month. 10am or 8pm.

STAMP CLUBS Running time: Approx. 3 hours

Membership classes. 8 members commit to a free class per month for 8 months—class content and themes vary. All 8 purchase a min. $40 of product at each class and take it in turns to earn the Stampin’ Rewards on the group’s orders. $320 min. group order = $32 min. of freebies. Full instructions, and a min. 2 projects per class.
Fee: Free class, commit to buying $40 of product each month.
Scheduled: To suit each group.

HOSTED EVENTS Running time: Approx. 2-3 hours

Known as workshops or parties. The ‘host’ can book the event in their home or in my classroom. They invite the guests (usually 2-7) and provide the snacks.
Event includes demonstrations, catalogue tour, and a make & take project. Guest orders are combined to earn the host Stampin’ Rewards (on orders totalling $250+).
Fee: Completely free
Scheduled: As requested

TEAM Running time: Approx. 2 hours

Events especially for Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators in my team, The Stampers Next Door. Techniques, product updates, show and tell, celebrations, business discussions/training and networking with other demonstrators.
Fee: Free
Scheduled: Varies depending on demand. I try to offer a regular daytime option, evening option and once a quarter a longer weekend daytime event including a Shoebox Swap.
